Ken Price: Sculpture from 2004
focuses on larger-scale sculptures Ken Price has made
in his new studio in Taos. In this recent work, Price
continues his exploration of the language of abstraction,
creating sensual, undulating forms and while developing
an increasingly sophisticated and nuanced palette. These
biomorphic sculptures appear to be formed from a thick
viscous material, which has erupted from within and spewed
luscious matter pulled downward in folds by gravity.
