Footage of the installation of Mark di Suvero's massive public sculpture "Declaration" on Venice Beach on 10 May 2001. Installed as a temporary loan to support the 22nd Venice Art Walk fundraiser for the Venice Family Clinic, "Declaration" became an icon of the Venice Beach community and has remained at the site for the last 19 years.
